Closed Captioning

28 million Americans are deaf or hard of hearing; they represent about 10% of all Americans. Each one of them has family members, friends, co-workers, neighbors, etc., who watch films and videos with them and thus often look for closed captioning.

Another 28 million Americans are foreign-born, many of whom speak languages other than English. They may seek closed captioned programming as one way to enhance their mastery of English.

More than 3 million K-12 students are Limited English Proficient.
18 million Americans are under 5 years of age, many of whom will learn to read faster if they are given an opportunity to watch closed captioning on children's programs.

We can deliver the closed caption files for you to encode or if you prefer we can encode or burn the captioned masters at our facilities.
